What kind of R&D organisations can participate?

  • Participants from private sector must be organisations operating on a commercial basis, i.e. companies gaining the majority of their revenue through competitive means with exposure to commercial markets. This includes: large companies, SMEs, incubators, start-up, spin-off, venture capital companies, etc.
By the way, is your company an SME? Do the testtest!
  • R&D organisations from public sector: National organisations (e.g. universities, public non-commercial research centres etc.), non-profit or charitable organizations (e.g. NGOs, trusts, etc.), including International European interest organisations (e.g. CERN, EMBL, etc.), the Joint Research Centre of the European Commission, International organisations (e.g. WHO, UNESCO, etc.)
